The Kito ER2 series hoist is Designed with a compact, lightweight build, the product offers smooth, ergonomic handling and dependable safety. Its robust construction ensures long-lasting performance, while simplified maintenance and environmentally conscious design make it a smart, sustainable choice for a wide range of applications.
This hoist is equipped with five metres of power supply cable as standard, with custom lengths for the lift, pendant, and power supply cables available upon request. For extended lifting applications, optional steel chain containers can be supplied to accommodate increased chain volume.
Safety and reliability are built in, thanks to a patented friction clutch that provides dependable overload protection and a thermal-protected hoist motor to guard against burnout. An upper and lower limit switch enhances operational safety, while adjustment-free brakes minimize maintenance requirements.
Designed for durability, the nickel-plated load chain offers enhanced resistance to rust and wear, and a fan-cooled motor helps prevent overheating during extended use. Additionally, a built-in condition monitoring system with a counter and hour meter provides real-time operational insights for proactive maintenance.
